Colliers finalizes ±166,250 square foot lease at Airtex Commerce Center in Houston

HOUSTON - eTradeWire -- Colliers is pleased to announce the lease of a ±166,250 square foot space in the Airtex Commerce Center at 431 Airtex Drive in Houston, Texas. The landlord, TRPF Airtex Commerce Center, was represented by Brian Gammill, Darryl Noon and Craig Bean of Transwestern. Ben Condara, John Nicholson and Robyn Hurrell of Colliers represented the tenant, Power Electronics USA, in the transaction.
"We are excited to welcome Power Electronics to the Houston market," said Ben Condara of Colliers. "We look forward to working with them as they further expand their footprint in the U.S. markets. It was a great experience working with Nuveen, the building owner, and the Transwestern team while representing the landlord."

Airtex Commerce Center is a new Class A industrial facility located on Airtex Drive with close proximity to FM 1960 and Beltway 8. The rear load building has ample parking and trailer storage.
Founded in 1987 in Spain, Power Electronics was the first company to design and manufacture a static starter. In 2014 they created Power Electronics USA and in 2017 pioneered the first medium voltage central-string inverter with up to 3.8 megawatts.
