Sylvia was selected for her remarkable contributions to modernizing HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing forward-thinking initiatives that have had a lasting impact on the City of Sanger's workforce.
The award was presented during the Texas Municipal Human Resources Conference held on May 7th in San Antonio, where HR professionals and municipal leaders gathered to celebrate innovation and excellence in local government human resources.
