LA HABRA, Calif. - eTradeWire -- The City of La Habra Mayor Daren Nigsarian will be one of several speakers at the 2024 Phantom Cabaret Gala For The Arts. The annual fundraising gala raises money for The Phantom Projects Theatre at La Habra Depot and The Phantom Projects Theatre Group, a community nonprofit that provides low-cost or no-cost performing arts education to underserved students and schools in Orange County.
