Additionally, from now until Labor Day, Ocean Prime will feature a chilled, seasonal heirloom tomato salad for $19. The dish is served with white balsamic vinaigrette marinated heirloom and grape tomatoes with a garlic brioche crouton, burrata cheese, Marcona almond and arugula pesto, finished with garlic extra virgin olive oil, micro arugula and shallot.
