That means we need witnesses.

We need people who saw something and have carried it quietly for years. We need people who reported their encounter once and were never contacted again. We need people who dismissed what they saw because it sounded impossible. We need people who have told only a spouse, a friend, a co-worker, or a family member. We need people who may have seen something recently and do not know where to turn.
