Tickets are now on sale for the October 9–11 festival at EpicCentral, featuring culinary stars Carla Hall, Kristen Kish, Tristen Epps-Long, and Duff Goldman alongside 40+ acclaimed chefs to support the next generation of hospitality leaders.
GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas - eTradeWire -- James Beard Award-nominated chef and T2D Concepts Co-Founder Chef Tiffany Derry will welcome some of the country's most celebrated chefs, restaurateurs and television personalities, including Kristen Kish, Duff Goldman, Carla Hall, Tristen Epps-Long, and others, to North Texas for the Third Annual SHEF Food + Wine Festival, taking place October 9–11, 2026, at EpicCentral in Grand Prairie.
More than a food festival, SHEF Food + Wine is a three-day culinary celebration that brings together world-class dining, wine and spirits, entertainment and hospitality while supporting scholarships, mentorship and workforce development for the next generation of culinary professionals.

The weekend begins Friday, October 9, with opportunities to meet celebrity chefs from across the country during the SNO Social at The Landing, presented by Carla Hall, followed by the SHEF Welcome Reception, the exclusive Restaurant Takeover at Radici Wood Fired Grill featuring Tiffany Derry, Michael Voltaggio, Tristen Epps and Angelo Sosa, and the Southern-inspired Juke Joint Afterparty, showcasing late-night bites from Kenny Gilbert, Tobias Dorzon, Kevin Lee and Shirley Chung.
On Saturday, October 10, guests can compete against their favorite chefs during the Tournament of Pickleball Champions, enjoy The First Bite featuring standout North Texas chefs and makers, curated wine experiences, and a chef panel with Erick Williams, Ope, Nyesha Arrington, Tavel Bristol-Joseph and Simone Byron before the festival's signature Grand Tasting featuring award-winning chefs, premium wine and spirits, live entertainment and VIP experiences.

The festival concludes Sunday, October 11, with conversation and entertainment, along with mini sips and bites.
