LaPoint replaces Michael Krouze, who will transition to Chief Innovation Officer for Charter Solutions

LaPoint replaces Michael Krouze, who will transition to Chief Innovation Officer for the company.

In his previous role at Charter Solutions, LaPoint worked with leading organizations in education, the restaurant industry, retail, manufacturing, healthcare (payer and provider), travel, food manufacturing, and telecommunications. He also served as an adjunct professor of graduate studies for Strategic IT and for Enterprise Architecture and Development at the University of St Thomas in St. Paul, MN.

Krouze joined Charter Solutions in August of 2007 and most recently served as Chief Technology Officer. In addition to holding AWS certifications at the Associate and Professional levels, Krouze recently achieved an AWS Ambassador designation, which is awarded to individuals who possess technical expertise in various domains and who actively share that knowledge through blogs, white papers, presentations, and open-source projects. Krouze is one of only 48 people in the United States to achieve this designation. In his new role as Chief Innovation Officer for Charter Solutions, Krouze will work with clients to accelerate their business outcomes, in addition to identifying and pursuring emerging technology and industry trends for Charter and its clients.
