Cell-Ed and National Minority Health Association Forge Strategic Partnership to Expand Caregiving and Health Equity Initiatives
eTradeWire News/10783924
PALO ALTO, Calif. & OWINGS MILLS, Md. - eTradeWire -- Today, Cell-Ed, a mobile-first micro-learning leader, and the National Minority Health Association (NMHA), a prominent thought leader in health equity, announced a strategic collaboration aimed at advancing caregiving and other critical initiatives that impact underserved, marginalized, and minority communities nationwide.
Building on the success of the Caring4Cal community health worker recruitment campaign in California, the two organizations are now collaborating to expand this impactful program to other states and organizations. The initiative seeks to empower individuals in under-resourced communities with crucial life skills, including language proficiency, math, citizenship, and digital literacy — all accessible without requiring a smartphone or internet connection.
"We are excited to extend our partnership with the NMHA," said Dr. Jessica Rothenberg-Aalami, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Cell-Ed. "As national thought leaders, the NMHA truly understands how to turn health equity into action for all populations."

Cell-Ed's innovative micro-learning platform is designed to meet the needs of low-literate, low-resource populations by providing bite-sized educational content, coaching, and support through text, audio, and video on any mobile device — even without internet access. This platform is utilized by government agencies, healthcare organizations, and employers to enhance educational, workforce, and healthcare outcomes for underserved communities.
"We are honored to collaborate with Cell-Ed and bring their mobile-first, micro-learning platform to more people in more places," said Burgess Harrison, Executive Director of NMHA. "By replicating, in other states, the success we achieved in California, recruiting community health workers, we can make significant strides in caregiving across America."
