NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. - eTradeWire -- Brightwater Lagoon, a resort-style lagoon experience in the Brightwater community in North Fort Myers, is welcoming the community to Splash into Summer and enjoy the final experiences that complete the one-of-a-kind tropical destination now fully open to residents and the public.
To mark the milestone, community leaders, project partners and supporters gathered May 30 for a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of all onsite amenities. The festivities featured live luau entertainment and remarks from company leadership and key community partners, officially launching the lagoon's next chapter. The innovative concept is brought to life by Metro Development Group and MetroLagoons, the managing companies behind Brightwater Lagoon and several other residential lagoon communities across Florida. In addition to public offerings, residents of MetroLagoons communities receive exclusive benefits, including unlimited lagoon access, members-only events and more.
