Blackshaw Homes Enhances High Street Presence with Bespoke Signage from W&Co
eTradeWire News/10804434
SOUTHEND, U.K. - eTradeWire -- Blackshaw Homes, a leading estate agency in Southend-on-Sea, has recently unveiled a bold new look for its high street branch, following a complete rebrand. The striking transformation was delivered in collaboration with W&Co, specialists in high-quality signage and display solutions.
The comprehensive signage package, supplied and installed by W&Co, includes a full suite of exterior and interior enhancements designed to elevate Blackshaw Homes' brand visibility and customer experience. From precision-crafted exterior signs to premium illuminated displays, the project showcases W&Co's expertise in combining style with functionality.
Taking centre stage on the high street is a new aluminium tray fascia sign, manufactured from 3mm thick aluminium with fret-cut detailing and finished in the brand's updated navy blue, mint green, and soft pink colour scheme. At 7900mm wide and 610mm high, the sign delivers a bold and professional presence that reflects the agency's modern image.

To further enhance street-level impact, W&Co also produced full-height window graphics using high-grade, self-adhesive vinyl. These window visuals are not only eye-catching but also practical, allowing natural light to flood the interior while reinforcing brand consistency.
Even after dark, the new signage makes a statement. W&Co supplied a weatherproof, A1 double-sided LED illuminated pavement sign with backlit film graphics and a rechargeable lithium battery—perfect for 24/7 visibility and attracting evening footfall.
Inside the branch, W&Co's attention to detail continues. A series of A3 double-sided LED light pockets, suspended on ceiling-mounted rod fixings, showcase property listings using vivid backlit film prints. These premium display solutions are ideal for estate agents, offering a polished and easily updated presentation format.
A standout interior feature is the 55-inch Luma Ultra High Brightness Digital Screen, also supplied and installed by W&Co. With a powerful 3500cd/m² brightness rating, the screen remains crystal clear even in direct sunlight—perfect for showcasing property videos, slideshows, and promotions to passers-by throughout the day.
