Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts Presents Glass Art Exhibition as Part of Music & Musings Art Series at Mahaffey Theater on October 4th

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - eTradeWire -- On Friday, October 4, the Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts, benefiting the Mahaffey Theater, will showcase a captivating visual art exhibit as part of its ongoing Music & Musings Art Series. The evening will feature a stunning multi-colored bird glass art installation in the theater's foyer and additional works from other glass artists throughout the gallery.
"I'm thrilled to enhance our partnership by showcasing the stunning creations of glass artists in the beautiful setting of the Mahaffey gallery," said Trish Duggan, Glass Artist, Founder and CEO of Imagine Museum. "Experience firsthand the impressive scale and artistry of these remarkable installations."
The opening exhibition will take place from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, offering guests a unique blend of art and live music. Daniel B. Marshall Band will perform, adding a dynamic layer to the event that perfectly complements the visual artistry on display. Additional activities will cap off the evening, along with snacks available from Sonata Restaurant.
"This exhibit strengthens our commitment to making the Mahaffey Theater a true cultural hub for visual, performing, and culinary arts," said Amy Miller, President of the Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts. "The Music & Musing Series offers a unique platform that seamlessly blends original art with live music, creating a richer experience for our audience. We're delighted to debut the 'Uplift' installation as a focal point for guests entering our theater. Additionally, we look forward to showcasing works from other talented glass artists, including Trish Duggan, Bertil Vallien, and Chuck Boux. These dynamic exhibitions are part of this ongoing series in collaboration with the Imagine Museum."
