Air Conditioning a crucial necessity in South Florida, I have used Preferred for over 20 years at multiple properties. Just last week my 15 year old A/C broke down. I made a call to Rick at Preferred Air and he immediately sent out a repair crew. Unfortunately, I was informed that the outside units copper tubing had split. The bad news was I needed a new unit.
