Atter's career began in politics and law, where she specialized in family law, personal injury, property title insurance and tax law. She became the Director of Legal Operations for a national tax firm and her strategic leadership helped to propel the practice to earn fastest-growing company honors in Northeast Florida.

After transitioning into a real estate career, Atter quickly achieved success as a top producer and listing agent in residential and commercial transactions. Her legal knowledge combined with her understanding of real estate enhances her ability to manage challenging contracts.
