Bay River College Enters Into Partnership with the Punjab Higher Education Commission

The president of Bay River College, Mr. Arshad Mahmood, had a very successful meeting with officials of the Punjab Higher Education Commission.
CALGARY, Alberta - eTradeWire -- The president of Bay River College, Mr. Arshad Mahmood, had a very successful meeting with officials of the Punjab Higher Education Commission, including the Honourable Raja Yassir Humayun Sarfraz, Punjab's Minister of Higher Education, and Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmed Khalid, Chairman of the Punjab Higher Education Commission.
"I am truly honoured that Bay River College has been chosen by the Higher Education Commission to facilitate the development of new Associate Degree programs," said Mr. Arshad. Bay River College will also be providing development training vocational courses through Punjab University.

Initially, Bay River College will establish partnership projects with nine postgraduate colleges across different vocational programs, starting with IT and Cybersecurity, and expanding out to education, allied health, and environmental technology at a later date.
Added Mr. Arshad: "I am humbled that I have been given an opportunity, as a Pakistani, to help inspire the next generation of Pakistani and Canadian leaders,".
The first wave of these new programs will start in January 2020.
