Shaffery, best known for her young adult epic fantasy trilogy the Heirs of Tenebris, is set to celebrate the release of her fourth book, To Sway a Flame, on May 16. The title is book seven in the Tempting Thieves series, a multi-author collaboration of standalone romance-fantasy novels featuring cunning thieves and sizzling chemistry.

With a solar eclipse on the horizon and tasked with safeguarding a precious stone known to amplify magical powers, Gavin continues to hunt the Master of Thieves and bring her to justice just as Adelaide is sent to steal the stone from his estate in order to save her family. Thrust into each other's lives, Shaffery explains, "It's a reluctant allies-to-lovers slow burn romance with lots of tender moments as they break down each other's barriers and fight to save the Eye of Behelwer [the mystical stone] from falling in to the Master of Thieves's hands."
