AVI will Exhibit New Rugged Keyboard, Mouse, and Touchscreen Virtualizer Unit at EUROPEAN ROTORS 2023 in Madrid, Spain 28-30 November at IFEMA Hall 9, Booth 2219
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - eTradeWire -- Applied Video Imaging, a provider of rugged video products for airborne, ground, and marine surveillance missions, will be exhibiting at EUROPEAN ROTORS in Madrid, Spain 28-30 November at IFEMA Hall 9, Booth 2219.
This is the first time AVI to display at EUROPEAN ROTORS.
AVI is introducing a small, lightweight, rugged, stand-alone Keyboard, Mouse, and Touchscreen Virtualizer pre-production unit that takes up to 4 USB and/or 4 RS232 devices and routes the data over a network to the assigned host connected either by USB or RS232. The network interface allows for multiple mission systems to be controlled by a single or multiple workstation display system.
AVI is the OEM for a line of rugged video products that include displays, switches, converters, processors and controllers.
AVI's range of displays use a modular approach to provide higher reliability, lower life-cycle costs, and greater installation flexibility. Each display consists of three modules – the LCD Module, the Display Electronic Unit (DEU), and the User Interface Module (UIM). The displays are available in 23.8", 21.5", 17.3", 15.6", 12.1", 10.1", and 7" models.

AVI will also display our rugged 16x16 and 8x8 SDI video switches. The small, lightweight, rugged switches allow SDI video inputs to be dynamically routed to any or all switch outputs. The switches provide convenient and flexible methods for both control and configuration of the unit, including Ethernet, USB, RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485 interface. Configuration and control of the switch is easily accessed by the user via Ethernet from any PC or Laptop connected to the same network as the switch. Control can be easily embedded in the customer's mission systems with a graphic user interface for seamless integration.
