ELKHART, Ind. - eTradeWire -- Calder Capital is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Assembly Masters, Inc., of Elkhart, Indiana, by Bay Motor Products, headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan.
Founded in 2000, Assembly Masters is a well-established manufacturer specializing in custom cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electromechanical assemblies to their customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
To secure a successor as they approached retirement, co-owners of Assembly Masters, Deb Walters and Larry "Joe" Gennicks II engaged Calder's Sell-Side team.
"After over two decades of building Assembly Masters, Joe and I knew it was time to transition the business to new ownership," said Deb Walters. "We believe Bay Motor Products is the right fit to carry our legacy forward."
Bay Motor Products, founded in 1982, is a leading manufacturer of electric motors and blowers for various industries, including HVAC, food equipment, and industrial applications.

Jakob Simonds served as the lead Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor to Assembly Masters.
Calder Capital's Sell-Side team garnered significant interest, resulting in 271 CIMs sent to qualified buyers and numerous offers received, ultimately leading to Bay Motor Products emerging as the ideal buyer.
