As of January 1, 2026, both ASR Media and Social T Marketing & PR have ceased independent operations.

Russo, founder of ASR Media, serves as Turnstone's Chief Community and Culture Officer. Tina Hasselbusch, founder of Social T Marketing & PR, serves as Chief Executive Officer. The merger represents a natural evolution of the companies' relationship. In 2012, Russo, Hasselbusch, and Santana collaborated closely to launch ASR Media. In 2017, after identifying a growing need for strategic marketing and public relations services in the Lehigh Valley, Hasselbusch launched Social T Marketing & PR while continuing to work in close partnership with ASR Media. Over time, the firms developed shared systems, aligned standards, and a unified approach to client service.
