Paragon IT Professionals' Craig Jackman Brings Experience in IT Staffing, Project Services and Technology Leadership
PHOENIX - eTradeWire -- The Arizona Technology Council today announced it has appointed Craig Jackman, founder and president of Paragon IT Professionals, to its board of directors. Jackman was unanimously elected to a three-year term at the Council's quarterly board meeting held April 24.
"Craig's expertise in IT talent development and his commitment to workforce training are vital assets for Arizona's fast-growing technology ecosystem.," said Steven G. Zylstra, president and CEO of the Council and SciTech Institute. "His deep engagement in Arizona's technology community and the overall innovation economy also reflects the kind of collaborative leadership that strengthens our mission."
The board of directors serves an advisory and fiduciary role by representing the interests of the state's technology industries in the Council's strategic planning and operations. The current board includes 30 members representing a diverse range of sectors and organizations across Arizona's tech landscape.

Craig Jackman, President, Paragon IT Professionals
Jackman founded Paragon IT Professionals in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1995 after leaving a sales role at IBM. Including the launch of the company's full-time IT placement division in 2000, Jackman has grown Paragon into a national firm with a full-time team of 25 and a contract services team of more than 200 consultants. Paragon offers both contract and direct-hire IT staffing, as well as a project services division.
While the company's core markets have historically been in Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota, Jackman expanded operations into Arizona in 2019. Paragon has established a strong local presence and continues to grow its Arizona market initiative with a dedicated team supporting technology clients across the state.
Jackman has been a long-time member of the Technology Association of Iowa, serving 12 years on the board and five years on its executive committee. He is also active in Minnesota and Nebraska's tech associations and has become increasingly involved in Arizona's technology community.
