The observance encourages simple, inclusive actions that create a global wave of peace:

1. The Moment of Unity:
• At 12:00 noon (local time), participants are invited to pause for one minute of silence, meditation, or reflection on peace and gratitude. This creates a powerful, traveling wave of unity across all time zones.
2. Awareness in Action:
• Participants are encouraged to spend time in nature, meditate, or perform a kind act of service.
• This includes offering food, kindness, or care to any living being—human, animal, or the natural world—symbolizing our shared existence and compassion for all life.
3. New Year Intention (Optional):
• Set one clear spiritual intention for the year ahead, such as mindfulness, forgiveness, or kindness.
