PALM COAST, Fla. - eTradeWire -- Dr. Amy Coopersmith, DNP/ARNP and owner of Amethyst Wellness, is pleased to invite the public to the company's 9-year anniversary event on Thursday, July 25th at 5 PM at their office located at 50 Cypress Point Pkwy, Suite B1-B2, Palm Coast. The party is a Back to the '80's themed party and attendees are encouraged to wear their best 1980's outfits. There will be refreshments, giveaways and discounts.

"We are grateful to the community for its support these past nine years. Our longevity and success are a direct result of our customers' trust and their willingness to refer their friends to us - we are grateful to them for being a part of our journey," said Dr. Coopersmith.

Dr. Coopersmith is scheduled to go on a mission trip to Peru this fall and attendees are welcome to bring unused, unexpired skin cream, antifungal, antibiotic ointment and reading glasses to donate to those in need in Peru.

Dr. Amy Coopersmith is a doctorate-prepared family nurse practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. She is an Army veteran and graduated from Georgetown University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2002, she graduated from the University of San Diego with a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2012, Dr. Coopersmith graduated with the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Florida.

Dr. Coopersmith is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).  She has certifications as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, Children's Fitness Specialist and Holistic Nutritional Consultant from American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).  She has additional training in laser hair removal as well as in the administration of Botox and dermal fillers.
