Dr. Krishnan has been serving the East Tennessee community since 2010 and is widely respected for his compassionate, patient-centered approach to allergy and immunology care.

Dr. Krishnan brings with him years of clinical expertise and a strong record of leadership. He is a past president of the Tennessee Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (TSAAI) and maintains active membership in both the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI) and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI). His professional dedication has earned him the trust of patients and peers alike.

He completed his undergraduate studies in biology at The Pennsylvania State University before earning his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, where he also completed his pediatrics residency and fellowship in allergy-immunology. During his fellowship, Dr. Krishnan received the prestigious Clement von Pirquet Award for excellence in basic science research, served as lead author of a pediatric allergy chapter in an international textbook, and published multiple academic papers. He previously served as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Medical College of Georgia, educating the next generation of clinicians.
