Alamo Drafthouse's Time Capsules movie series travels back to 1975

NAPLES, Fla. - eTradeWire -- Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Naples is diving into the past with the launch of its latest installment in the Time Capsules movie series, celebrating the unforgettable films of 1975.
In May, guests are invited to unwind and enjoy timeless films that are returning to the big screen for Time Capsule 1975. This curated lineup features cinematic masterpieces like Stanley Kubrick's BARRY LYNDON, Robert Altman's NASHVILLE, Sidney Lumet's DOG DAY AFTERNOON, Jack Hill's SWITCHBLADE SISTERS, along with a brand-new 4K restoration of Michael Schulz's COOLEY HIGH. The theater will also mark the 50th anniversary of the legendary shark thriller JAWS, with exclusive screenings of the Steven Spielberg classic.
One of a select handful of theaters nationwide chosen to showcase JAWS in its 50th year, Alamo Drafthouse invites all thrill-seekers to experience Spielberg's shark-infested classic as never before. Alamo will present a special Movie Party screening of JAWS on May 26, where the audience can sing along, don festive anniversary shark fin hats, enjoy a themed menu and props like inflatable drink coozies and a bloody boat-shaped bath bomb.
