Ayana Elon, founder of Including Us in Tech and Black Girl Ai, created and developed the project. She is an Executive Member of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences (IADAS), which allows her to serve as a judge for The Webby Awards. Ayana joined IADAS in 2023, as The Webby Awards introduced a new suite of AI categories, aligning with her work in AI-driven storytelling and creative expression.

Kisses in the Wintertime is a 15-track experience rooted in warmth, romance, and emotional intimacy during the colder months. Rhea's sound is grown, sensual, and soulful - designed to resonate with listeners who love R&B that feels both nostalgic and forward-thinking. The album explores love, healing, and connection through a winter lens, creating what feels like a cinematic "season" in Rhea's ongoing story.

In 2025, Ayana wrote and created a short film titled Faith to Fly, produced using AI tools. The film explores themes of belief, resilience, and transformation, and it premiered on LinkedIn in September 2025. Faith to Fly was also showcased at the Prince George's Film Festival in September 2025.

As the founder of Including Us in Tech and Black Girl Ai, Ayana focuses on access, education, and representation in emerging technologies. Through Rhea Laurent, she continues to experiment with how AI can be used ethically and artistically - not as a replacement for human creativity, but as another medium for storytelling.
