eTradeWire News/10837017
Noah Coughlan aims to become only the THIRD person to ever cross all 50 U.S. States on foot. Oregon is Coughlan's final continental State to be followed by Alaska and Hawaii.
BEND, Ore. - eTradeWire -- Noah Coughlan entered Nyssa, Oregon on Friday, May 8th, marking the start of his 48th U.S. State on his historic 5th Run across the continental United States in the last 15 years. He has previously completed four previous Ocean to Ocean solo treks in 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2023. Noah also ran across Ireland in 2020.
Noah is currently on Day 208 of 260 in Burns, Oregon with 4500 of 5500 miles complete.
Oregon will be the final State of the Continental United States. After Oregon, Coughlan will separately cross Alaska and Hawaii to complete every U.S. State on foot.
The Oregon route will continue through Route 20 through Burns and Bend enroute to the Pacific Ocean at Newport where Noah will finish the continental United States on Memorial Day Weekend.
The 2026 "Run for America : A Tribute to the American People" is to engage big cities and small towns honoring everyday Americans and veterans, encouraging unity while highlighting the enduring spirit of our Nation through media and storytelling for a renewed appreciation for America's shared history.
