This KPI can be computed in a variety of ways. Remember that even if a strategy isn't compensated, you're still investing in it.

You'll have to devote time or money — or both — to have a strategy implemented.

It may be limited to your own time, but it may also involve a group. Each person's time should be accounted for and valued when determining your time investment.
