2025 was reported to be the most positive year for Horizon Treatment Services
eTradeWire News/10824104
HAYWARD, Calif. - eTradeWire -- Horizon Treatment Services in Hayward, California achieved the highest ranking among Pulse For Good's customers due to receiving the most positive feedback within 2025.
Horizon finishes the year by recapping their achievements, compiling it into what they call an Impact Report. Pulse For Good contributed by taking year-long feedback results and turning it into a summary, similar to that of Spotify Wrapped at the end of the year. This year, Horizon has ranked no. 1 in comparison to Pulse's other recovery and treatment service customers.
The majority of feedback received this year has been happy sentiments with more than half of all open-ended responses expressing positivity. 30.4% of all open-ended responses were negative, according to Pulse's Impact Report. The overall satisfaction score is 4.6 out of 5 stars, the industry average being 3.77 out of 5.
Chief of Strategic Growth and Special Operations Eliseo Becerra said that their team is great at closing the feedback loop, making sure the patients feel heard and can see their suggestions are being implemented.

"An example of that would be we serve three meals a day and if someone says they're still hungry, they can have an apple. It's not that big a deal to have snacks throughout the day," Becerra said.
When closing the feedback loop, they view what their patients say as constructive criticism. They know that there are aspects they don't know about and are open to hearing what is going on in a perspective they don't have.
"We're failing forward," Becerra said. His team believes in learning from their mistakes and moving forward after a setback. "Progress doesn't stop because we failed."
Horizon Treatment Services emphasizes the importance of feedback and implementing constructive criticism through Pulse For Good's system. Pulse For Good empowers vulnerable populations by distributing kiosks and surveys to organizations.
