This CME Symposium takes place on Sunday, September 29, 2024 from 5:30 - 6:30 PM ET during the 2024 Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA) Annual Scientific Meeting at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia in the Triumph Ballroom G.
HAZLET, N.J. - eTradeWire -- In this educational initiative, to take place at the 2024 Heart Failure Society of America annual meeting, attendees will be provided with information on the detrimental impact of ID in patients with HF, tests for screening for ID, a definition to determine a diagnosis of ID, and evidence demonstrating the benefits achieved with IV iron therapy. A case study will focus on overcoming challenges in HF patient care with multidisciplinary teamwork, following best practices outlined in an expert-generated algorithm published in a scientific statement from the Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA).
